The Historic Batavia Cemetery depends on volunteers to help maintain the grounds during spring, summer and fall. Each month the board has a work day to pick up branches, plant, trim, weed and rake leaves, depending on the season.

Volunteers are also needed for setup and as tour guides at the Halloween Candlelight Ghostwalk in October.
